Building from the ground up, anywhere in Portugal — including for owners who aren’t here. We work with your architect, or help you find the right one, and take it from drawings through licensing, tender and construction to a finished, certified house. Two ways to do it: as your independent project manager, tendering the build to vetted contractors, or built directly by our own teams. Either way you get proper trades, a real programme, and someone checking the work at every stage.
A new build is the longest, most expensive thing most people ever commission, and it’s the one where being on the other side of the world hurts most. Licensing, architect coordination, a twelve-to-eighteen month programme and a contractor you’ve only just met — that needs someone standing over it who is answerable to you.
Project Management — we run it independently: scope and stage plan, tender to vetted contractors, quality hold-points, invoices checked before you pay, through to the licença de utilização. You hold the contract. No commissions.

A new build has dozens of trades and decisions that have to land in the right order. We manage the whole sequence — working with your architect and our own team of trades — so nothing gets lost in translation and the build runs to a realistic programme.
Buying first? Start with an independent pre-purchase survey — we’ll tell you exactly what the property needs before you commit a euro to the work. And if you go ahead, the same people who inspected it can build it, or manage the build for you — one point of contact from survey to handover.
We’re a fully licensed Portuguese construction company — IMPIC Alvará n.º 109726-PAR — which you can verify on the public register. We work across Porto, Lisbon and the rest of Portugal.

We support the licensing and câmara municipal process and coordinate the sign-offs a new build needs, so the paperwork keeps pace with the work.
Three months before you want boots on site, and treat that as the floor rather than the target. A new build has licensing in front of it and licensing does not hurry. Get the pricing and the programme sorted while the drawings are still moving and it costs you nothing. Leave it late and you simply wait.
