Most foreign owners renovating in Portugal run into the same wall: quotes that vary wildly, timelines that drift, and conversations where half the detail gets lost in translation. It's rarely because the trades are bad — Portugal has excellent contractors and craftsmen. It's because nobody is bridging the gap between what you want and how building actually works here.
That's the job we do. Bradley is a qualified builder with 25 years of hands-on construction experience across Australia, the UK and Portugal. He speaks the language of the site and the language of the client — and makes sure nothing is lost between the two.
Buying before you build? Start with an independent pre-purchase survey — we'll tell you what the property really needs before you commit. If you'd rather the work went out to competitive tender with external builders and us managing independently, that's Project Management instead.
