Every inspection includes the visit, a written report within 48 hours, photos with moisture and thermal readings, repair cost ranges, the negotiation pack and a Portuguese version of the report for your lawyer or the bank.

Payment. Bank transfer: half the day before the visit, half when the report is delivered. Project management is quoted with our fee on a separate line from the construction budget.
