This is a pre-purchase report we issued in October 2026 on a detached house near Porto. The clients’ names, the location, the dates, the areas and the registration details are blacked out, and the photos of the whole house are blurred. The findings, costs and advice are as issued.
Every material finding is set out the same way: where it is, what was observed, why it matters, what to do about it with the actual spec, an indicative cost range and a risk rating. The photos sit with the finding they belong to.
The report also says plainly what couldn’t be seen. On this house the roof was viewed from the ground and the veranda, not walked, and the limits are listed in their own section.
